Terms of reference

1. To govern all elections defined by the Constitution and election of the undergraduate student membership to the Boards of Faculties;

2. To establish the Election Commission for each election and subject to the approval of Union Council;

3. To ensure that the elections defined by the Constitution are in accordance with the Election Regulation of the Union;

4. To invite at least two Returning Officers for elections above;

5. To facilitate the campaign of the candidates with the assistance of the Union Executive Committee and Union Staff;

6. To draft the rules for each election in accordance with the Constitution and subject to the approval of Union Council;

7. To present a report to the Union Council after the official announcement of the election results;

8. Membership:
